Job summary

Evostel is seeking a Services Manager to lead its Electrical Services business, delivering engineering, field services, testing and commissioning, and retrofit projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety compliance, and drive profitable, customer-centric service delivery across power distribution and industrial electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required.
• 10-15 years of experience in electrical engineering and field services.
• At least 5 years in leadership or managerial roles.
• Extensive MV/LV power distribution experience.
• Strong background in testing, commissioning and protection systems.
• Experience serving large industrial clients (Aramco, SABIC, SEC, Royal Commission).

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical services across power distribution and industrial systems.
• Oversee pre-bid support, proposals, design, and resource planning.
• Manage field service teams, subcontractors, and site execution.
• Ensure QHSE compliance and safe, on-time project delivery.
• Develop and implement standardized engineering and field service procedures.
• Drive technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Procurement, and Vendors.
• Monitor project margins, budgets, and performance metrics.
