Job summary

Confidential Government is seeking a Saudi Project Manager with a strong technical background in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Projects to join our team. You will plan, coordinate, execute, and control E&I activities through the project lifecycle, review deliverables, manage budgets, and ensure successful handover to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation project management.
• Strong knowledge of power, instrumentation, control systems, DCS/PLC, testing & commissioning.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Experience in cost control, budgeting, contract management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and control E&I activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, manpower plans, budgets, and cost control.
• Review and coordinate electrical and instrumentation deliverables including SLDs, cable schedules, load lists, loop diagrams, and control system architecture.
• Oversee procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, quality, and HSE activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and handover.
