Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Electrical Inspector to ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications across various construction and infrastructure projects in the KSA. The role focuses on inspecting systems, interpreting plans, and enforcing regulations with a strong emphasis on safety and documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and has proven inspection experience in the Gulf region, with preferred familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Professional certification as an Electrical Inspector is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Inspector in construction environments (KSA or Gulf region).
• Experience with bridges projects is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, IEC).
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and installations for code compliance.
• Review electrical plans and drawings to ensure regulatory conformity.
• Monitor and enforce local and international electrical codes and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers on issues.
• Promote and uphold electrical safety protocols across projects.
