Job summary

KEO International Consultants is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering professional for on-site supervision in Riyadh. You will inspect contractor work, review drawings, ensure compliance with contract specs, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive quality and safety on site.

The ideal candidate has 7 years of relevant experience and a Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, with strong knowledge of local codes and international best practices.

Qualifications

• 7 years of work experience in a related electrical engineering role.
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong on-site inspection and coordination with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Attend to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and take action timely.
• Review shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications and local codes.
• Report non-conformances and coordinate with stakeholders for action.
• Monitor quality and safety on site and ensure compliance with QCS specifications.
• Maintain daily on-site records and progress photos for inspections.
• Prepare surveillance reports for deficiencies and NCRs when needed.
• Coordinate between disciplines and provide technical input to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.


• Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice.


• Report any works carried out by contractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications and report to stakeholders for appropriate action.


• Monitor quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS specifications and safety and health risk assessments.


• Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.


• Prepare surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site and non conformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.


• Check and ensure effective co‑ordination between discipline related works and all other disciplines.


• Provide technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise.

Qualifications
