Job summary

KEO International Consultants invites a Senior Planning Engineer to join our Al Khobar project to lead planning, scheduling, and progress reporting aligned with milestones. You will coordinate with PMs, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate timelines and deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 15 years of experience in planning for large-scale mixed-use developments, including luxury hotels, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. We value integrity, safety and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to align the schedule with project milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Attend project meetings and provide inputs on planning, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Ensure planning and scheduling activities comply with contractual requirements and industry best practices.
• Support risk management and mitigation planning.
• Perform analysis on project variations and changes, prepare project reports, analyze information for adjustments to project budget as necessary to assure a successful project for the client and the firm.
• Act on measuring works on site and from drawings including competence with electronic measurement systems.
• Process and interpret contract conditions.
• Identify and assess project risks.
• Communicate effectively, both verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of Standard Method of Measurement of construction works.

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Planning Engineer to join our project in Al Khober.

We envisage success in this role to include;

• Operating to implement commercial/contractual matters within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Coordinating with project managers, consultants, and contractors to align the schedule with project milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications
