Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Inspector to oversee electrical works across large-scale mixed-use developments in Riyadh. You will inspect MV/LV distribution, lighting, earthing and life-safety systems, and verify compliance with approved documents.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, at least 10 years of inspection experience, and Saudi Council of Engineers registration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical inspection experience.
• Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.
• Familiarity with SEC, IEC, NFPA, NEC, and Saudi Building Code requirements.

• Inspect MV/LV distribution, lighting, small power, earthing, emergency power, and electrical life-safety installations.
• Review and respond to electrical Requests for Inspection.
• Verify containment, cabling, terminations, panels, fixtures, and equipment against approved documents.
• Witness insulation-resistance, continuity, earth-resistance, functional, and operational tests.
• Inspect residential, commercial, retail, office, clubhouse, and external electrical works.
• Identify defective or non-compliant installations and monitor corrective actions.
• Support energisation, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.
