Job summary

ALJOMAIH BOTTLING PLANTS is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to plan, supervise, and optimize maintenance activities across the plants in Riyadh. You will lead a team to ensure production continuity, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety standards.

You will oversee preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance, drive engineering standards, support troubleshooting, and coordinate with line managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong experience in PLCs and automation.
• Food & beverage industry experience preferred.
• KRONES machines familiarity preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and upgrades of equipment.
• Lead electrical installations and commissioning activities.
• Manage maintenance team to ensure production continuity and safety compliance.
• Oversee work order generation, tracking, and documentation.
• Develop and update maintenance procedures and engineering standards.
• Review and evaluate spare parts for compatibility and quality.
• Set team goals, develop staff, and approve vacation requests.
