Job summary

You will read plans/schematics, troubleshoot malfunctions, and coordinate planned activities with cross-functional teams to sustain operations and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Engineer with electrical, mechanical, electronic or instrumentation background and industrial experience.
• Capable of reading plans and schematic drawings in the relevant field.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for malfunctions and technical issues.
• Able to organize planned activities and manage maintenance tasks across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift maintenance team across all shifts to ensure safe, cost-effective execution.
• Execute maintenance schedules to keep plant equipment within engineering standards.
• Identify and address technical problems; support other area supervisors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OH&S requirements.
• Maintain and implement AIB standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes with production personnel for quality, productivity and safety gains.
• Control spending in line with department budget and directives from manager.
• Provide daily reports on shift activities.
• Contribute to continual improvement of the OH&S Management System per applicable standards.
