⚡ Hiring: Electrical Engineer – Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Power Plant

📍 Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia

Join a world‑class operations and maintenance team supporting one of Saudi Arabia’s most advanced Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) facilities. This role offers the opportunity to ensure plant reliability, availability, and electrical performance through expert maintenance and engineering leadership.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise preventive, corrective, and outage maintenance of electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, motors, and protection relays.
• Ensure continuous and reliable operation of electrical assets across the power and desalination plant.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of major electrical equipment faults to minimize downtime.
• Manage electrical inspections, testing, and maintenance documentation in SAP CMMS.
• Conduct feasibility and technical evaluations for modifications, upgrades, or replacements of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with EPC, OEM, and internal departments to ensure technical and operational compliance.
• Prepare material forecasts, spares requirements, and annual maintenance plans for electrical systems.
• Ensure adherence to all HSE, QA/QC, and regulatory standards during plant operations and maintenance.
• Coach and supervise a team of technicians and contractors to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality work.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives in reliability, performance, and asset management.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–10 years’ experience in electrical maintenance within CCGT or power & water plants, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV/HV systems, protection relays, switchgear, and motors.
• Hands‑on experience with predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAP CMMS, electrical safety procedures, and outage planning.
• Strong understanding of NOMAC or equivalent O&M standards and processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and planning skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, fostering teamwork and continuous learning.
• Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.
