Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an experienced Electrical & Controls Maintenance Engineer to perform electrical maintenance and related engineering works safely and cost-effectively within deadlines. You will execute work orders, solve technical problems, and support PEMM and M&R strategies to achieve world-class maintenance results.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical systems, PLC/SCADA, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in electrical equipment troubleshooting, PLC, SCADA, Instrumentations and Controls.
• LT & MCC, feeder panels & control panels working background.
• Electrical safety standards awareness.
• Maintenance Planning & execution system.
• Knowledge of EHS & QFS systems and policies.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned Work Orders and tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain equipment and ensure availability and readiness.
• Follow PEMM and improvement plans throughout the year.
• Identify root causes and order parts as needed.
• Maintain and update SAP-PM records for Work Orders.
• Support CI initiatives and reliability improvements.
