Job summary

PepsiCo الدمام site is seeking an experienced Electrical & Controls Maintenance Engineer to oversee and execute maintenance work orders, ensure line availability and equipment readiness, and uphold PEMM guidelines with a focus on safety and reliability.

You'll contribute to continuous improvement, manage SAP-PM records, coordinate with production teams, and apply knowledge of PLC, SCADA and electrical standards to sustain world-class maintenance performance at our Dammam facility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electrical equipment troubleshooting, PLC, SCADA, Instrumentations and Controls.
• LT & MCC, feeder panels & control panels working background.
• Electrical safety standards awareness.
• Maintenance Planning & execution system.
• Awareness of Electrical safety standards as well as basic EHS systems.
• Knowledge in operating and automation systems.
• Quality and Food Safety (QFS) systems knowledge.
• EHS systems and policies knowledge.
• Reading and understanding plans, diagrams, layouts and schematic drawings.
• Knowledge of CMMS is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency.
• English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
• Electrical safety standards accomplishment.
• 2+ years industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execution of assigned tasks and work orders related to all types of Electrical & controls maintenance and any engineering related works.
• Achieving Line availability & Equipment readiness.
• Follow & review PEMM improvement plan through the year.
• Perform assigned Work Orders and other tasks by supervisor.
• Solve technical problems and identify actions and parts requirements.
• Execute maintenance schedules to maintain plant equipment per standards.
• Maintain and implement AIB standards.
• Update SAP PM & CM Work orders status.
• Identify RCA of major/repeating problems.
• Ensure safety policy compliance.
• Implement and sustain EHS Management System at area of responsibility per regulations and targets.
• Respond to technical problems within area and take proper actions.
• Know spare parts descriptions and criticality.
• Adhere to EHS and QFS policies and standards.
• Control all hazards and risks with adequate EHS measures.

Responsibilities

• Execution of assigned tasks and work orders related to all types of Electrical & controls maintenance and any engineering related works in a safe, good and cost-effective manner within the given time frames.
• Achieving the Line availability & Equipment readiness.
• Follow & review of PEMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology) improvement plan throughout the year.
• The overall responsibility for performing assigned Work Orders as well as any other tasks by the supervisor.
• Solving technical problems and identifying the actions and parts requirement.
• Executing the maintenance schedules to maintain the plant equipment with-in given engineering standards.
• Maintain and implement AIB standards.
• SAP PM & CM Work orders status updates.
• Identify the RCA of major and repeating problems.
• Ensure all requirements of the safety policies are adhering too.
• To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS & Electrical standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and EHS targets are achieved.
• Perform assigned Work Orders as well as any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Respond to all technical problems within the assigned area and making sure proper actions are identified and taken.
• Knowledge of spare parts description, application and criticality.
• Adhere to EHS and QFS policies and standards.
• Ensure proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities are in place and EHS targets are achieved.
• Operates all equipment related to Utilities sections.
• Maintain accurate SAP-PM records and updates for all assigned Work Orders.
• Performs required daily parameters reading and monitoring and as assigned by the supervisor.
• Daily reporting of all shift activities.
• Identify opportunities and support initiatives to improve production processes as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor in coordination with production personnel to improve quality, productivity, enhance safety or drive down costs.
• Support the execution of the site Maintenance and Reliability M&R Strategy to achieve World Class maintenance status.
• Execute and follow the assigned actions related to PEMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology) tool and MIAP (Maintenance Improvement Action Plan).
• Support the implementation of Reliability Engineering tools and techniques to achieve Maintenance and Reliability M&R KPI's.
• Support executing Continuous Improvement CI initiatives and Failure Analysis techniques (e.g. Root Cause Analysis RCA).
• Attend the Maintenance forum meetings to share Maintenance Performance, Best Practices, Challenges and achievements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge / Skill Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in electrical equipment troubleshooting, PLC, SCADA, Instrumentations and Controls.
