Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation in Saudi Arabia seeks a Quality, Lean & HSE Specialist to lead Quality, Lean/CI and HSE activities across the site, promoting a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.

You will implement policies, perform incident investigations, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement to ensure safety, quality and environmental performance, while coaching teams and maintaining documentation for regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Appropriate education meeting minimum requirements.
• Qualifications in Health & Safety, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting or leading local legislative standards for manufacturing, audits, contractor management, permit-to-work systems, behavioural safety initiatives, emergency preparedness and response.

Responsibilities

• Drive Health and Safety and Environment performance and EHS training programmes.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Perform safety audits, inspections and investigations in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Maintain permits, records and reports for audit readiness.
• Support warranty monitoring and provide technical support and cost estimates for warranty actions.
• Monitor performance for estimating cost of issues at the resolution stage.
• Implement EHS, Quality and LEAN standards and reduce injuries through prevention-focused programs.

Job description

Position Summary

The Quality, Lean & HSE Specialist is responsible for implementing, leading and coordinating Quality, Lean/Continuous improvement, and Health, Safety & Environment activities across the Saudi manufacturing site.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture through visible floor presence, coaching, employee engagement and proactive hazard recognition.


• Lead on quality standards, ensuring manufacturing meets appropriate local standards and requirements.


• Drive Health and Safety and Environment performance and EHS Training programmes for employees, ensuring compliance to regulatory standards.


• Provide Technical and Quality Management expertise


• Investigate incidents and near misses, determine root cause and implement corrective and preventative actions.


• Work to develop, implement and maintain EHS policies, programs, and procedures to assure personnel safety


• Perform safety audits, inspections and investigations of work environments, processes, and operations in compliance with government regulations and industry standards and corporate and divisional procedures.


• Maintain required permits, records and reports to ensure audit and regulatory readiness


• Support warranty monitoring and control by providing technical support to warranty manager as well as cost estimates for completion of any warranty actions.


• Monitor team performance for estimating cost of issues at resolution stage.


• Implement EHS, Quality and LEAN standards


• Reduce workplace injuries, near misses and unsafe conditions through prevention- focused programs


• Complete timely incident investigations and drive closure of corrective and preventative actions.


• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.


• Maintain accurate and audit ready documentation and reports inn readiness for internal, external or regulatory audits or inspections.

Qualifications
