Job summary

Otis Elevator Company Saudi Arabia Ltd is seeking an on-site EH&S Officer to lead safety programs across sites in Makkah. You will coordinate audits, prepare internal and external reports, train engineers and supervisors on investigations, hazards, and risk management, and ensure compliance with company EH&S rules and relevant regulations.

This role requires NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification, knowledge of OSHA, first aid and firefighting credentials, and

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Proven experience as Safety officer (5+ years).
• Knowledge of OSHA; experience in safety reporting and policies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• MS Office proficiency; data analysis and reporting experience.
• Strong training and auditing skills; ability to train engineers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all safety activities and audits; prepare reports.
• Train engineers and supervisors on investigations, hazard detection, and risk management.
• Conduct unannounced EH&S audits and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Maintain safety records and implement corrective actions for incidents.
• Monitor communications on safety topics and ensure proper tool certification.
