Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a new grad with a STEM degree to join our legal technology team as an eDiscovery Project Coordinator. No law background required; we value analytical thinking, strong communication, and time management to drive project completion. You will work with large data sets and coordinate across teams to deliver on client needs.

The role requires Arabic and English fluency and offers comprehensive training in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking/writing).
• STEM degree preferred.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data.
• Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete E-Discovery projects.
• Interrogate client data to determine software solutions.
• Assist with data culling and workflow management.
• Oversee project lifecycles per client parameters.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced enviroment.
• Track delivery schedules and ensure QA.
• Communicate with clients and offer workflow improvements.
• Liaise between client, digital forensics, data processing, hosting teams.
