Responsibilities

• Sell the widest range of the company's products to assigned customers and report competitive activity.
• Ensure proper implementation of planogram.
• Issue special order requests when needed.
• Collect invoices according to aging policy.
• Prepare documents for call cycles or business reviews before market visits.
• Detect and report new customers to the team leader.
• Sell to all potential customers.
• Handle customer complaints and report to the sales team leader.
• Present customer orders to the team leader and arrange daily collections for distributors or accountants.
• Issue return forms for defective products with superior approval.
• Report any problems or objections to the team leader.
• Review quarterly customer account reconciliations and obtain signatures.
• Perform inventory checks for visits covering warehouses and shelves.
