Job summary

Welspun Pipes Company in Saudi Arabia's Dammam region seeks a Casting Machine Operator to run centrifugal casting lines producing ductile iron pipes, ensuring mold prep, pouring, cooling and extraction are done safely and to high quality standards. Shift work and exposure to high temperatures are expected.

Qualifications

• ITI or equivalent foundry trade with 10–15 years experience
• Experience in ductile iron pipe casting recommended
• Knowledge of hot mould casting process is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Operate horizontal centrifugal casting machines per production schedule
• Prepare molds, coating, drying and preheating
• Monitor casting temperature, pouring time, rotation speed and cooling
• Ensure safe mould extraction and pipe removal
