Job summary

A leading marine services provider is seeking a Dive Centre Supervisor to oversee daily operations in support of coral restoration initiatives at NEOM. The role requires a strong background in dive operations management and effective team leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and efficient dive operations, coordinate logistics, and maintain compliance with safety standards. Strong diving qualifications are necessary, along with experience in managing diverse teams. This unique position is located in the Makkah Region, Jeddah.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in dive center management or a senior operational diving role.
• Proven ability to train and manage multicultural dive teams.
• Hands-on experience in equipment servicing and repair.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dive centre, ensuring readiness of staff and equipment.
• Develop and manage dive schedules and logistics.
• Act as Dive Safety Lead ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
