The role requires strong market analysis, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with Brand teams and senior management to optimize store performance and implement in-store promotions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in retail management, including 2-3 years in multi-store management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple fashion stores in the area.
• Monitor KPIs and financials to identify profitability improvements.
• Recruit, train and develop store staff across the area.
• Develop area-specific marketing and sales strategies.
• Report area performance to senior management with insights.
