Azizia Panda United Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective upkeep of all stores within the area.

You will lead a team of technicians and coordinate with suppliers to meet KPIs, SLAs, and asset availability targets. The role requires overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with Civil Defense, HSE, and internal standards across multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance Operations: Manage all preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned stores.
• Team & Contractor Management: Supervise technicians and contractors and monitor their performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contracts.
• Asset Reliability: Ensure critical equipment availability, investigate recurring failures, and coordinate RCA and corrective actions.
• CMMS Management: Monitor work orders, response times, closures, overdue tickets, and maintenance history.
• Emergency Management: Lead the response and escalation of critical breakdowns affecting store operations.
• Budget Control: Monitor maintenance costs, quotations, PRs/POs, and ensure activities remain within the approved budget.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure maintenance activities comply with company standards, Civil Defense, HSE, and applicable regulations.
• Projects & Warranty: Support new stores, renovations, asset replacements, handovers, and warranty issues.
• Reporting & KPIs: Track maintenance performance, PPM compliance, uptime, repeat failures, costs, and contractor performance.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Projects, HSE, QA, suppliers, and contractors.

Job Purpose:

Ensure all company facilities within the area are maintained as per maintenance standards, by managing the team according to regional manager instruction and Co. standards and regulations.
