Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification and ongoing clinical registration as required.
• Current AHPRA registration or impending registration with relevant professional body.
• An innovative, resourceful and creative therapy approach.
• Exemplary customer service skills demonstrated.
• Effective communication with clients, families, colleagues and leaders.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS worker check.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to use your own vehicle for work-related travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse and complex caseload with evidence-based assessments and tailored programs.
• Provide clinical leadership by supervising early career occupational therapists and supporting their development.
• Lead by example in delivering client-centred therapeutic supports.
• Contribute to service innovation by developing community-based programs and improving delivery.
• Participate in service planning, client reviews and multidisciplinary decisions.
• Collaborate with senior clinicians and leaders to strengthen team culture and service delivery.
