Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Sports Medicine, Physiotherapy, Sports Science, Rehabilitation, Healthcare Management, or related discipline. Master's considered advantageous.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in sports medicine, performance health, rehabilitation or healthcare operations.
• Experience in service-model design, multidisciplinary environments, and partnerships or joint ventures.
• Strong knowledge of international sports-medicine best practice and athlete-health pathways.

Responsibilities

• Define the sports medicine strategy and integrated service portfolio across clinical, rehabilitation, athlete health and performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary service design, governance, standards of care and outcome measures.
• Oversee program planning, budgets, procurement, workforce, partnerships and technology integration.
• Coordinate partner integration, mobilisation, and service activation with governance and executive reporting.
• Direct workforce planning, recruitment priorities, credentialing and leadership coverage.
• Provide executive assurance on progress, risks and delivery against objectives.
