Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture or Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• A master’s degree would be an advantage.
• Professional registration in the respective discipline (or similar) would be an advantage.
• Registration as PMP would be an advantage.
• 12–18+ years of design management experience on large-scale developments.
• Experience leading a design team to deliver to program with cost/time/quality balance.
• Strong knowledge of local and international design standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical services discipline for the Commercial Office Development portfolio.
• Manage a network of international consultants across architecture and multidisciplinary engineering.
• Direct design development, construction documentation, and authority approvals.
• Coordinate with masterplanning, infrastructure, landscape, and sustainability teams for integrated outcomes.
• Chair design reviews and workshops; manage consultant performance and KPIs.
• Provide strategic oversight and guidance to prioritize workload and optimize delivery.
• Present proposals to leadership, investment committees, and stakeholders.
• Mentor the in-house technical services team as pipelines scale.
