Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Director – Technical Services to lead the technical services discipline for its Commercial Office Development portfolio, translating design vision into deliverable, investment-grade assets from concept through to construction-ready documentation.

You will manage a network of international consultants, direct design management across multiple stages, ensure compliance with Saudi standards, and mentor the growing in-house team as the pipeline scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• 12–18+ years of design management experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Strong knowledge of local and international standards and regulations.
• KSA/Middle East experience preferred.
• Track record delivering investment-grade office towers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical services discipline for Commercial Office Development.
• Coordinate with international architecture and engineering consultants.
• Support design management through concept to construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with codes and sustainability targets.
• Present proposals to executives and government stakeholders.
• Mentor in-house technical services team as pipeline scales.
• Develop consultant performance KPIs and oversee procurement alignment.
