We are seeking a high-caliber Sales & Marketing Director to lead and scale our real estate portfolio in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This is a senior leadership role for a proven professional who can drive revenue growth, build powerful brands, and manage large-scale real estate assets across medium to luxury segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall Sales & Marketing strategy for multiple real estate projects.
  • Manage and optimize real estate assets exceeding SAR 500 million.
  • Develop and execute strong branding and positioning strategies for medium to luxury residential units.
  • Drive sales performance through pricing strategy, channel management, and demand generation.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, PR) ensuring high ROI.
  • Collaborate with executive management on growth, market expansion, and product positioning.
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure alignment between product, branding, sales velocity, and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate development, with a strong focus on sales and marketing leadership.
  • Proven experience within the Saudi Arabian market (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large asset portfolios (SAR 500M+).
  • Strong background in real estate branding, especially for medium to luxury developments.
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution ability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
