Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Procurement Compliance Audit to lead and manage the procurement compliance and audit functions across the organization. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or professional certification (CIA, CISA, CCAE, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum of 13 years of experience in procurement compliance, audit, or internal control functions.
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance frameworks, and audit methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement compliance audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop risk-based audit plans and strategies tailored to procurement functions.
• Conduct detailed analysis of procurement processes, transactions, and controls.
• Identify areas of non-compliance, inefficiencies, and potential fraud; recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to update policies and procedures.
