Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Director of Systems & Rolling Stock to lead the technical vision for a fully automated GoA4 driverless rail system in Saudi Arabia. You will own system integrity and guide the project from concept through procurement and integration, while managing consultants and ensuring governance.

Requires 20+ years in major rail projects, GoA4/CBTC expertise, and experience in developer-led giga-projects. A Master’s or Chartered Engineer qualification is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in major rail infra projects with senior leadership.
• Proven GoA4/CBTC driverless rail system delivery experience.
• Experience in developer-led giga-project or multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Own technical integrity of the rail system from concept to procurement.
• Lead interface architecture and governance across sub-systems.
• Manage international engineering consultants and PMOs.
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, safety, and local regulations.
