Job summary

Front End is seeking a commercially astute and operationally grounded Director of Procurement to lead our procurement function across eight solution verticals—Offshore, Energy, Industrial Facilities, Geoscience, AI, Autonomy & Mobility, Space, and Mining. This role anchors maritime and offshore procurement for our Aramco-chartered fleet.

Reporting to the Chairman & CEO, you will champion BIMCO/OCIMF frameworks, drive supplier development, and govern contracts across the multi-sector portfolio,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in procurement, with 5+ years in direct leadership.
• Maritime/offshore procurement expertise and BIMCO/OCIMF knowledge.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco or SABIC projects and AVL/SRMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead maritime and offshore procurement for vessel operations.
• Develop enterprise-wide procurement strategy across all verticals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance.
• Maintain AVL alignment with SRMS and regulatory standards.
• Drive cost savings via strategic sourcing and spend analytics.
• Develop and lead a high-performing procurement team.
