Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Director - Group Accounting to lead the group accounting function and shape the financial reporting framework. The role oversees consolidation across the group, ensures IFRS compliance, and delivers insightful analyses for strategic decision-making.

The Director will drive policies, internal controls, and coordination with auditors, while mentoring accounting professionals to foster a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in group accounting with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS, consolidation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulators during audits.
• Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and drive necessary changes.
• Mentor and develop accounting professionals within the group.
