Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program/Portfolio Management experience delivering complex initiatives.
• Expertise in ERP platforms, especially Oracle suite of applications.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and cross-functional delivery practices.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and delivery discipline across hybrid models.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology programs through integrated planning, scheduling, reporting, and milestones.
• Oversee budgets and capacity to stay within approved financial parameters.
• Prioritize demand, align resources, and manage a hybrid portfolio of agile and waterfall work.
• Monitor KPIs, drive adoption, and enable continuous improvement across the portfolio.
