Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority is seeking an experienced professional to contribute to the Organizational Excellence program. You will help develop the BPM strategy, align plans with the main ZATCA strategy, and drive process governance across multiple departments.

The role requires building capabilities, managing budgets, and guiding teams to deliver improvements while ensuring compliance with policies and KPIs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration is required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.

Mansioni

• Contribute to development of Organizational Excellence business plan aligned with ZATCA strategy.
• Develop the operational plan for BPM in line with strategy and governance.
