Job summary

Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority is seeking an HR professional to lead organizational design, job description alignment, and workforce planning across multiple business areas. You will develop competency models, maintain HRIS data integrity, and support budget processes while guiding junior staff.

You will work within policy frameworks, escalate complex issues, and help deliver HR services efficiently in a government context. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in workforce planning, organizational design and budget reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and update organizational structure and job descriptions for N3 and below.
• Create and update JFs/JDs and competencies aligned with structure.
• Define activities for workforce planning and manpower tools.
• Prepare HC budgets and dashboards for monitoring utilization.
