Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, process automation, ERP transformation, or digital solutions.
• Hands-on experience translating business processes into implemented digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes for digitalization, automation, AI adoption, and reduced manual intervention.
• Design and implement Digital To-Be processes and workflows to simplify operations and increase efficiency.
• Gather requirements and translate them into Functional Requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Identify and implement ERP systems, workflow automation, AI, AI Agents, and system integrations.
• Execute end-to-end digital transformation initiatives from design through UAT, go-live, and impact measurement.
• Measure and improve digital initiatives based on automation rate, cycle time, productivity, and efficiency.

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Specialist who can turn business processes and operational challenges into practical, automated, and scalable digital solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Process Automation, ERP, and AI-enabled business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes from a digital perspective and identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, AI adoption, and reducing manual intervention.
• Design and implement Digital To-Be processes and workflows that simplify operations and improve efficiency.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear Functional Requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Identify and implement the right digital solutions using ERP systems, Workflow Automation, AI, AI Agents, and System Integrations.
• Execute digital transformation initiatives end‑to‑end, from business requirements and solution design through implementation, UAT, go‑live, and impact measurement.
• Measure and continuously improve digital initiatives based on automation rate, process cycle time, productivity, operational efficiency, and reduction of manual work.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Process Automation, ERP Transformation, or Digital Solutions.
• Hands‑on experience translating business processes and requirements into implemented digital solutions.
