Job summary

700Apps is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of projects in digital transformation and IT sectors. The ideal candidate should have experience coordinating project activities, tracking budgets and project status, preparing reports, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Experience working on government projects in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management support.
• Experience working on government projects in Saudi Arabia, preferably in digital transformation or IT projects.
• Practical experience in project budgeting, cost tracking, progress monitoring, and status reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and risk tracking.
• Excellent organizational, communication, follow-up, and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays and risks, and follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Track project budgets, costs, resource allocation, and financial status.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, progress reports, status updates, and management presentations.
• Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and project trackers.
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure accountability for agreed deliverables.
• Support project governance, reporting requirements, and compliance with established procedures.
• Use project management tools and Microsoft Office applications to maintain accurate project records and reporting.
• Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations for management and clients.
