Job description

The Digital Sales Officer is responsible for driving digital sales and revenue growth through various online channels. Plan and manage flynas’s online sales through its website & Application and utilize on page SEO and advertising tools to increase direct sales on flynas.com.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement the online direct sales plan to drive digital revenue growth.
• Identify and target new customer segments through digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize the company's website and Application platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze digital sales performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital sales.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital sales initiatives and campaigns.

Operational Responsibilities:

• Work on daily bases to implement and execute digital sales road map and calendar to drive digital revenue growth.

Website & Application

• Update website content and information.
• Implement on-going A/B and user experience testing for ads, placements, and landing pages.
• Work with internal development and design teams to create dynamic landing pages.
• Understand use of landing pages and how to write effective call-toactions.
• Manage and optimize website retargeting programs.
• Work on ways to improve and track site performance.
• Manage and optimize website retargeting programs.

Paid Digital Advertising

• Create an effective performance campaign.
• Create and manage paid search campaigns with major search engines – Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc with a focus on higher ROI and lowering CPC.
• Design, develop and monitor digital media buying campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and compile and present detailed reports with proactive insights.
• Develop keyword and contextual search strategies.
• Take key concepts and extrapolate to metrics and reporting.
• Follow up on affiliate marketing campaign, track and monitor the campaigns.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Provide SEO based requirements for enhancement and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with SEO blogs and best practices, using resources like Google Search Console
• Manage outreach and link-building efforts to drive visibility within search engines.
• Create and optimize email marketing campaigns to increase our revenue.
• Write attractive content for email marketing that can increase the email open rate and bookings.
• Enhance and optimize the sent emails to customers like confirmation email, retargeting email, nasmiles email, survey email...

Generic Responsibilities:

• Work within cross-functional teams and integrate SEM campaigns and SEO approach within all applicable client online media campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Help define and report on key marketing performance metrics as it relates to online activity including SEM, SEO, social, online advertising, etc.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of digital sales activities and customer interactions.
• Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to digital sales and data privacy.

Safety & Security:

• Promoting safety within their department as an integral part of the business.
• Establishing to have the sufficient resources to meet the Flynas safety objectives.
• Monitoring and adhering to Flynas safety standards.
• Reviewing their departmental safety records in order to detect and prevent the development of undesirable trends.
• Ensuring that all staff in their department are trained to the level required to give them a full awareness of the management of safety within their area of responsibility.
• Ensuring that risks and threats to the safety of Flynas operation as reported by members of their particular department, are reported to safety department for assessment and mitigation, where necessary, through the workings of the SAG.
• Ensuring that mitigating measures are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensuring to participate in the departmental SAG meetings, and the internal safety data analysis meetings.
