This position requires exposure to industrial automation, software-driven digitalization, Industrial Edge, IT/OT convergence, and emerging technologies, supported by a technical or engineering background. The ideal candidate has experience engaging industrial stakeholders and supporting business cases for digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Transformation & Consultative Selling: Engage with customers at technical, operational, and management levels to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable digital opportunities; lead value-based sales engagements targeting productivity, quality, energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence; support the definition of digital transformation roadmaps covering automation modernization, software enablement, analytics, Industrial Edge, and data-driven operations; position digital solutions as part of a broader transformation journey; assist in developing business cases, ROI calculations, and measurable outcomes for digital investments.
Portfolio & Solution Coverage
  • Drive opportunities across a broad digital enterprise portfolio, including: industrial automation and control systems (secure and resilient OT architectures); manufacturing operations, execution, and optimization software; engineering, simulation, and lifecycle management solutions; Industrial Edge, data acquisition, and edge-to-cloud architectures with integrated cybersecurity measures; analytics, AI/ML-enabled use cases, digital twins, and performance optimization; ensure integrated positioning of hardware, software, and services as a secure digital ecosystem.
Account Development & Land-and-Expand Strategy
  • Support account strategies focused on incremental value creation and growth; identify and execute targeted entry points (pilots, assessments, or limited-scope initiatives) and expand toward broader transformation programs; maintain strong customer relationships and identify upsell, cross-sell, and partner-led opportunities; collaborate with Siemens partners, ISVs, and internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Pre-Sales & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with technical pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to support proposals and ensure feasibility; assist with RFP responses, technical clarifications, and customer workshops; support solution scoping, effort estimation, and program planning.
Results-Oriented Sales & Customer Impact
  • Drive measurable business outcomes for customers, ensuring digital solutions translate into operational improvements; track KPIs for digital initiatives and communicate success against business objectives; support building business cases with ROI and tangible value metrics to justify customer investments.
Industry & Vertical Focus

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric, structured, and analytical approach
