USRC Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Infection Prevention and Control Nurse to lead the facility's IPC program in line with MOH and GDIPC standards. You will implement the IPC plan, oversee surveillance, audits, and staff training to sustain a safe dialysis environment.

This full-time role requires RN licensure with appropriate IPC training and Saudi accreditation; BLS (and ACLS) certification are preferred, and color vision testing is required.

Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor or High Diploma Degree in Nursing (for Non-Saudi candidates) or Saudi candidates with Diploma/Associate.
• Infection prevention and control education, training, or certification is required/preferred according to regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and review the IPC Program, annual plan, priorities, and policies.
• Ensure MOH/GDIPC and approved USRC policies compliance.
• Conduct IPC surveillance and monitor dialysis-related infection indicators.
