Job summary

Diaverum Saudi Arabia is seeking an Infection Control Practitioner to strengthen infection prevention across our dialysis clinics. You will implement surveillance, monitor labs and water quality, and ensure compliance with local MOH and international standards.

The role requires a nursing or public health background, 5 years nursing with 2 in infection control, Arabic and English fluency, and strong training skills to educate staff daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Sciences, Public Health or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of continuous nursing experience, with at least 2 years of direct infection control experience in an acute care or related facility.
• For non-nurses: minimum of 2 years of recent infection control experience in an acute care or related facility.
• Experience in a dialysis, ESRD or renal-care setting.
• Recognised Professional Nursing Licensure from country of origin.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Infection control in a dialysis or renal care setting.
• Implementing and monitoring compliance with JCI, CBAHI or MOH standards.
• Conducting infection control audits and preparing regulatory reports.
• Delivering staff education and orientation programs.
