Job summary

JASARA PMC in Jeddah seeks a Senior Architect / Interior Designer specializing in fit-out and airport projects to lead innovative architectural and interior design initiatives. You will manage the full design lifecycle from concept to construction oversight, collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure goals are met efficiently.

You will mentor the design team, maintain strict adherence to codes, and drive high-profile projects within Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience with fit-out projects and airport design.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other design tools.
• Deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices in fit-out and aviation environments.
• Ability to lead and mentor a design team, while coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a plus.
