Job summary

WSP is seeking a Design Manager - Interior Design to lead and coordinate high-quality interior environments across hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial developments. You will manage design consultants, review concepts and FF&E packages, and ensure alignment with project vision and brand standards.

The role requires a degree in Interior Design or Architecture and 10+ years of relevant experience, with strong stakeholder management skills to drive design development through all project

Responsibilities

• Manage interior design consultants and specialist design packages.

• Coordinate interior design interfaces with architectural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
• Participate in design reviews, presentations, and stakeholder workshops.
• Support design development through all project stages.
• Monitor design quality, programme, and consultant performance.
• Assist with mock-up reviews and design approvals where required.
