Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical coordination point between the company and the approved design consultant.
• Select and identify the equipment PTS.
• Explanation and clarification of the drawings and design to clients.
• Prepare, review, and clarify the drawings for the electrical subcontractor.
• Manage and monitor electrical design progress to ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Review electrical design documents at the tendering and execution stages.
• Ensure designs comply with utility standards.

The Design Engineer (Electrical) is responsible for design coordination and technical interface management for the high voltage substation project.

He shall act as the primary liaison between the company, the approved design consultant, and the end client, ensuring that all electrical design deliverables are accurate, compliant, approved, and delivered on time to support construction and project milestones.

1. Act as the primary technical coordination point between the company and the approved design consultant.
2. Select and identify the equipment PTS.
3. Explanation and clarification of the drawings and design to clients.
4. Prepare, review, and clarify the drawings for the electrical subcontractor.
5. Manage and monitor electrical design progress to ensure the timely submission of deliverables.
6. Review electrical design documents at the tendering stage to support the tendering department and later at the project execution stage.
7. Ensure designs comply with utility standards such such as SEC.

Requirements
