Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director - Design Management to lead complex design programs from concept to detailed design, ensuring alignment with standards, budget, and development objectives.

You will coordinate across consultants and stakeholders, present risks and progress to executive leadership, and drive quality, compliance, and delivery discipline; a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of leadership on large-scale projects are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 12+ years of experience leading large-scale design management across complex development projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and delivering coordinated design packages.
• Strong background leading design reviews and securing authority approvals.
• Proven ability to balance design quality with budget, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience presenting design progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams across concept schematic and detailed design phases.
