Job summary

Reigate Grammar School Riyadh is seeking a dedicated Deputy SENDCo / Inclusion Lead to support the SENDCo in developing inclusive strategies across the school. You will help identify needs, plan interventions, monitor progress, and promote high standards of learning for all students.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in SEND or inclusion roles, relevant coordination qualifications, and a strong ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in SEN or inclusion roles.
Relevant qualifications in SEN Coordination or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration with staff, parents, students, and external professionals.
Ability to analyze data and adapt interventions.

Responsibilities

Assist the SENDCo in managing the day-to-day operation of the school's SEND provision.
Support teaching staff in identifying, assessing, and planning appropriate interventions for students with special educational needs.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records related to inclusion.
Liaise with parents, external agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for students.
Contribute to staff training on inclusive practices and awareness of diverse learning needs.
