Job summary

Amentum is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to support a high-profile defence-sector infrastructure programme in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will provide hands-on project management, governance, and coordination across multiple workstreams in a demanding, multi-stakeholder environment.

You will coordinate planning, reporting, and governance activities, maintain schedules and RAID logs, and engage with client, technical, procurement, and delivery teams to drive timely

Qualifications

• Degree in project management, engineering, construction, business management or related field.
• Professional project management certification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP) desirable.
• 5+ years delivering or supporting infrastructure or major capital projects.
• Strong governance, reporting, controls, scheduling and delivery coordination.
• Experience coordinating with client, contractor and delivery teams.
• Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day infrastructure project activities across workstreams.
• Support planning and delivery of new-build, refurbishment, and related activities.
• Maintain relationships with client representatives and stakeholders.
• Plan and administer meetings, governance forums, and action logs.
• Maintain schedules, milestones and delivery plans; track progress.
• Generate reports, MI, briefings and governance submissions.
• Maintain RAID records and manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate approvals and deliverables within governance structures.
• Ensure robust document control and records management.
• Support business case, procurement and commercial activities as needed.
• Provide delivery oversight and proactive follow-up on actions.
