Job summary

Arabian Drilling Co. is seeking a Day Pusher to supervise daytime drilling operations offshore in Saudi Arabia. You will lead the drilling crew, ensure adherence to well programs, and coordinate equipment management while maintaining rigorous HSE standards.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 10 years in offshore drilling, with at least 2 years as a day pusher, and hold a High School Technical Degree in Drilling Technology along with IWCF/IADC Supervisor Level certification.

Job description

The Day Pusher plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe, efficient and productive operation of drilling rigs during their daytime operations. They supervise and lead the drilling crew, overseeing all drilling activities, equipment maintenance and adherence to Arabian Drilling s HSE and Operations policies and procedures. In this role, the Day Pusher acts as a key liaison between the OIM and the drilling crew, ensuring clear communication and problem-solving to achieve daily drilling objectives while strictly adhering to the well program.
