The Database and PMIS Manager will provide technical ownership of database and project information systems that underpin complex program delivery. Working across functional and technical teams, the role will guide system implementation, integration, technology upgrades, and database operations while ensuring project platforms remain dependable and aligned with business requirements. As a subject matter expert, the manager will also establish technical direction and strengthen internal capability through mentoring and knowledge transfer.
Candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline and possess at least 12 years of relevant experience in database administration, PMIS implementation, or project controls systems. Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, railway, transportation, construction, or engineering projects is particularly important. Candidate should understand how enterprise technology and project information systems support multidisciplinary delivery environments where data reliability, integration, accessibility, and reporting are operationally critical. A master's degree is advantageous but not essential. Oracle Database Certification, Microsoft SQL Server Certification, PMP, or relevant PMIS credentials can strengthen the candidate profile.
