Job summary

Parsons seeks aData Systems & HSE Reporting Lead in Tabuk, KSA, responsible for governance, integrity and strategic use of HSE data, digital platforms, analytics and reporting across Parsons' Projects.

This senior role underpins management information for senior leadership and supports governance, assurance and decision-making across projects in Tabuk. It blends safety knowledge with data assurance, digital systems and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSE data systems, assurance or performance reporting.
• Experience with executive dashboards and external reporting.
• Ability to develop practical digital solutions from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point and subject matter expert for HSE management systems, including Enablon, Intelex and associated digital platforms.
• Own system integrity, data governance, access control, issue resolution and user effectiveness across Projects HSSEW.
• Lead system configuration, enhancement and continuous improvement to ensure platforms remain aligned with business and assurance requirements.
• Provide technical direction on future safety digital solutions, system interfaces and reporting architecture.
• Ensure system processes support consistent, controlled and auditable HSSEW information management.
• Establish and maintain robust processes for data collection, verification, validation, reconciliation and quality assurance.
• Ensure safety, environmental, welfare and operational data is accurate, complete, traceable, auditable and defensible.
• Identify anomalies, inconsistencies and emerging trends before information is formally reported.
• Challenge unsupported or inconsistent project submissions and drive timely resolution of data-quality issues.
• Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and executive reporting requirements across Projects HSSEW.
• Develop clear dashboards, performance reports and management narratives for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Ensure reported information is accurate, timely, traceable and aligned with approved definitions and methodologies.
• Address reporting queries, data challenges and requests for substantiation from leadership and stakeholders.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Data Systems & HSE Reporting Lead in Tabuk, KSA, and is responsible for the governance, integrity, assurance and strategic use of HSE data, digital platforms, analytics and reporting across Parsons' Projects.

The role is the principal custodian of HSE information management, ensuring that data used for executive decision-making, Public Investment Fund (PIF) submissions and organisational performance reporting is accurate, traceable, timely and defensible.

This is not a traditional HSE reporting role. It is a specialist leadership position that integrates professional safety knowledge, data assurance, digital systems, predictive analytics, application development and executive reporting. The role underpins the integrity of management information used by senior leadership and is a critical enabler of governance, assurance, compliance and informed decision‑making across our projects in Tabuk .

What You'll Be Doing

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Significant experience in HSE data, systems, assurance or performance reporting within major projects, construction or other high‑risk environments.
• Proven delivery of executive‑level dashboards, PIF or comparable external reporting, and project data‑validation processes.
• Bachelors Degree in Technology or related field.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in reporting/ data analyst role
• Demonstrated ability to develop practical digital solutions from concept to implementation.
• Experience maintaining reporting continuity during organisational transition or system disruption.
• Ability to work across multiple projects, stakeholders and reporting cycles under demanding deadlines.
