Job summary

DeepSource is seeking a Data Protection & Cyber Recovery Resident Engineer to support a banking-sector client in Saudi Arabia. The role requires hands-on experience with Dell NetWorker, PPDM, and Cyber Recovery solutions, and the ability to operate on-site at the customer’s location.

You will deploy, configure, administer, and troubleshoot backup and recovery systems, monitor jobs, perform recovery testing, and maintain security-aligned processes in line with banking requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dell NetWorker, PPDM, and Cyber Recovery solutions.
• Experience in enterprise backup, data protection, restoration, and disaster recovery.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in production environments.
• Ability to work on-site at the customer’s premises in Saudi Arabia.

• Maintain technical documentation and provide regular service reports.
• Coordinate with the customer’s IT, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Follow banking-sector security policies, access controls, and operational procedures.
