Job summary

alfanar is seeking a business analyst to support reporting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision making within the department. You will develop dashboards, collect and validate data, and prepare management presentations.

You will coordinate meetings, track actions, maintain records, ensure compliance with standards, and assist with procurement-related tasks. A Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Any relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic operational, strategic, and management reports.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPI trackers.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze performance trends and identify key insights and improvement opportunities.
• Support the preparation of presentations and analytical reports for management.
• Maintain reporting databases, trackers, and data repositories.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
• Manage departmental records, documentation, and reporting archives.
• Monitor reporting compliance with established standards and requirements.
• Coordinate meetings, action plans, and follow-up activities.
• Track progress of departmental initiatives and assigned actions.
• Support the preparation of management updates and status reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders to obtain required information and reporting inputs.
• Support PR/PO processing, contract administration, and invoice tracking.
• Coordinate procurement-related activities and departmental administrative requirements.

Education
