Job summary

AmCan International Group is seeking a Data Entry Clerk in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to manage sales, inventory, and delivery data. The role requires updating records in the ERP/Excel, generating daily and weekly reports, and coordinating with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and proper documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has 2+ years of experience in data entry or similar roles within FMCG, trading, retail, or warehouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
• Experience in FMCG, trading, retail, or warehouse sector.
• Experience in Warehouse Management and Operations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data accurately in the system and Excel sheets.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.
• Follow up with drivers regarding deliveries, collection schedules, and required documents.
• Coordinate and follow up with the warehouse team regarding order preparation, dispatch, delivery status, and stock related updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly filed.
• Support the Operations and Supply Chain team with general administrative and reporting tasks.
