Job summary

AmCan International Group in Jeddah is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support sales, inventory, and delivery data updates using Excel and ERP. You will assist in generating routine reports and maintaining records.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or related field and 2+ years of data entry experience, with strong Excel skills and good communication. Join a fast-growing FMCG distributor in the MENA region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data entry or related experience.
• Excellent Excel skills including formulas and data sorting.

• Ability to follow up on pending tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update sales, inventory, and delivery data accurately in the system and Excel sheets.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.
• Follow up with drivers regarding deliveries, collection schedules, and required documents.
• Coordinate and follow up with the warehouse team regarding order preparation, dispatch, delivery status, and stock related updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly filed.
• Support the Operations and Supply Chain team with general administrative and reporting tasks.

Data Entry Clerk

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data accurately in the system and Excel sheets.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.
• Follow up with drivers regarding deliveries, collection schedules, and required documents.
• Coordinate and follow up with the warehouse team regarding order preparation, dispatch, delivery status, and stock related updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly filed.
• Support the Operations and Supply Chain team with general administrative and reporting tasks.

Requirements

• Saudi.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
• Experience in the FMCG, trading, retail, or warehouse sector.
• Experience in Warehouse Management and Operations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow up on pending tasks.
